Key Version

The Eyes of Imagination

Our eyes lead us to see many sights and colors in this world. But where are our eyes?

As you listen to sounds, can you use your ears to see a picture?

As your body moves, can you perceive the secrets inside and out?

As words circulate, can they be used to imagine a scene?

The Eyes of Imagination was inspired by the picture book Apt. 3. Sound, dance, and language are used to construct the world of its visually impaired character. The audience is guided from multiple angles on a journey of imagination. They are led to see pictures and movements based on sound, to perceive stories and sound through dance, and to weave a broader imagination through language.
