阮劇團「節氣小劇場」向土地扎根學習，汲取東方民俗「二十四節氣」與「臺灣節慶」的文化採集，融合於戲劇、歌唱、舞蹈、答喙鼓、音樂演奏等多元形式，更向臺灣早期「王祿仔仙」江湖賣藝的真功夫致敬！
《子仔樹傳說》為節氣小劇場代表作之一。劇情描述陪伴著小女孩長大的子仔樹，給予女孩在人生階段中所需要的陪伴，有一天子仔樹再也沒有東西可以付出了，女孩也離開故鄉，孤單的子仔樹等啊等啊，終於等到了女孩回到他的身邊⋯⋯
本演出秉持「與土地共存和學習，揉合在地元素」的理念，藉由夏季時節適合喝愛玉（子仔）的飲食習慣，結合本地特色進行創作。此外，《子仔樹傳說》全本為台語演出，透過台語本身特有的節奏與押韻，憑藉一棵樹與女孩從小到老的情誼，帶出季節的更替，並在情節中置入節氣的特色以及適合的飲食、料理，讓觀眾輕易理解。演出中運用簡單道具變幻多種意象事物，並結合日常團員課程所訓練的各種肢體舞蹈及聲音課程等，豐富整體演出，同時題材亦非常適合親子客群，與家長、孩子們一起共度子仔樹下的美好時光。

2003年，幾個未滿二十歲的年輕人，在故鄉嘉義，成立了地方上第一個現代劇團「阮劇團」。
以「阮」為名，所指涉的就是台語中的「我們」。如此的一個劇團，關注本土文化的學習與傳承、實驗元素的融入與詮釋，在過程中更追求創新。
這些年來，阮劇團累積的獨特作品風貌，已在臺灣表演藝術界走出一條特別的道路。
阮劇團的品牌標語——阮的故事，咱來交陪。「交陪」在台語中意指互動、共享與共創、共好；面對未來，阮劇團正期盼與更多好友，交陪出新的故事。
不但要持續追求卓越，創作更多令人驚艷的展演作品，引領觀眾體驗劇場無可取代的特性；同時，也要求自己肩負社會責任、對當代議題作出回應，為表演藝術帶來更深遠的影響！

Tsí-á-tshiū thuân-suat
Tsí-á-tshiū thuân-suat is representative of Our Theatre’s solar terms-based performances, focusing on concepts of coexisting with and learning from the land. Local elements and the beautiful and lilting tones of the Hokkien dialect are incorporated into this work. Through the unique rhythms and rhymes of this dialect, the story of a tree and a girl who become lifelong friends is told. The characteristics of each solar term are also included, as well as corresponding foods. Parents and children can spend quality time together under this legendary tree.
