三缺一劇團成立於2003年，擅長以魔幻的手法，穿梭在寫實與寫意之間，透過身體、物件與偶戲的多重變形，去撞擊出強烈的時刻。取材於日常生活，引發自我與社會性的辯證。
2012年以來建立劇團兩大創作方向 ──
「LAB計畫」： 一個演員的身體研發中心， 回到古典三位一體的思維來重新探索當代演員的身體性。從2012年起，經歷了動物轉化多部曲，建立了一個進入動物身體的探索地圖。
「土地計畫」： 一個說故事的劇場， 靈感來自於鄉野奇談和口述歷史，透過田野調查的方式，把真實的生活議題轉化為輕盈的故事，讓一般大眾走入劇場。
創作者介紹｜蔡茵茵
蔡茵茵是一個人類女性，她在新竹長大，上學都是騎著貢丸乘著風。
從國立臺北藝術大學戲劇學系畢業後，做過樂齡中心的老師（最大的學生 82 歲！），站過吧檯（一天搖了上百杯飲料）、當過上班族（尾牙抽中 apple watch ），然後又回到排練場的地板滾來滾去，未來想嘗試集體即興的創作。
曾擔任多檔劇場作品助理（排練助理專業戶），以及持續學習不同表演系統（心願是好玩的話就一直玩啊）。
最近在三缺一劇團擔任行政，2022 起參與「Pre-LAB 計畫」，開始《人類擬態喜劇大賞》的創作計畫（發展到第三年了怎麼還做不完啊啊啊）。

Human Camouflage Comedy: On the Go
In the difficult process of socialization, the issue of awkward loneliness is gently picked up and put down with humor.
A person standing on a stage, wrapped up in the world of comedy, laughs and laughs, but can’t help but wonder:

One Player Short Ensemble
Founded in 2003, One Player Short Ensemble specializes in shuttling through the realistic or the impressionistic realms by manipulating magical elements. They constantly reincarnate the body, the object, and the puppetry in order to spark intense and passionate instants. Drawing inspiration from daily life, One Player Short Ensemble further reflects on the relationship between individual and society.
TSAI Yin-Yin
TSAI Yin-Yin is a human woman. She grew up in Hsinchu, riding the wind to school.
After graduating from the Taipei National University of the Arts with a degree in Theatre Arts, she taught at a senior citizen’s center (the oldest student was 82!), as well as worked behind a bar (preparing hundreds of drinks per day) and in an office (winning an Apple watch at the company’s end-of-the-year party). Then, she returned to rolling around on the floor in a rehearsal room. In the future, she wants to try collective-creation. She has served as an assistant for many theater productions and continues to learn different performance systems (if it seems fun, keep doing it). Recently, she has worked in administration for One Player Short Ensemble. Since 2022, she has been involved in the Pre-LAB Project" and started the creation of "Human Camouflage Comedy: The Best Awards."
