家私頭仔(ke-si-thâu-á）、調味料跟早已燙壞的舌頭，是一個總鋪師的必備武器；四句聯、口袋歌單、Disco Ball 的 light 是予花車女郎水水的秘訣。
小時候的冠儀跟著爸爸在辦桌場裡面幫（搗）忙（亂），電子花車是他人生中第一個表演舞台。20多年過去了，辦桌產業漸漸沒落，這位總鋪師的女兒即將在聯合餐廳裡跟著宴客們一起大「伙」快炒，尋找生命中重要的味道記憶。

三缺一劇團成立於2003年，擅長以魔幻的手法，穿梭在寫實與寫意之間，透過身體、物件與偶戲的多重變形，去撞擊出強烈的時刻。取材於日常生活，引發自我與社會性的辯證。
2012年以來建立劇團兩大創作方向 ──
「LAB計畫」： 一個演員的身體研發中心， 回到古典三位一體的思維來重新探索當代演員的身體性。從2012年起，經歷了動物轉化多部曲，建立了一個進入動物身體的探索地圖。
「土地計畫」： 一個說故事的劇場， 靈感來自於鄉野奇談和口述歷史，透過田野調查的方式，把真實的生活議題轉化為輕盈的故事，讓一般大眾走入劇場。

高雄大樹人，爸爸是一位總鋪師，表演啟蒙於電子花車。畢業於北藝大戲劇系，現為劇場工作者：戲劇、音樂劇演出；目前為三缺一劇團創作演員。

Cooking utensils, seasonings, and a tongue that has been burned too many times are the indispensable weapons of a caterer. Hokkien opera rhymes, pocket playlists, and the light of a disco ball are the beautiful secrets of young women who provide entertainment on electric float stages.
When Guan-Yi was a child, she helped her father prepare outdoor banquets. Trucks transformed into electric floats were the first performance stages that she saw. More than 20 years have passed and the outdoor banquet industry is in decline. This daughter of a caterer “cooks” with banquet guests, searching for important taste-related memories.

Founded in 2003, One Player Short Ensemble specializes in shuttling through the realistic or the impressionistic realms by manipulating magical elements. They constantly reincarnate the body, the object, and the puppetry in order to spark intense and passionate instants. Drawing inspiration from daily life, One Player Short Ensemble further reflects on the relationship between individual and society.
Murmur Ho
Murmur Ho is from Dashu District of Kaohsiung City. Her father was a caterer and she was inspired to perform by trucks transformed into stages that provided entertainment during outdoor banquets. She graduated from the Taipei National University of the Arts with a degree in Theatre Arts and performs in stage plays and musicals. Currently, she is an actress in the One Player Short Ensemble.
