一個廚師一次料理三四五顆雜耍球，或是很多個廚師共同烹調一根雜耍棒⋯⋯，來一份日常樸實的雜耍吧，親切的像是早餐店的火腿蛋吐司，簡單而滿足。
早餐除了是進食，更是展示、相聚、享受、開啟⋯⋯等，那些從早餐中感受得到卻無法明確定義的元素，像是當代馬戲一樣，一再突破發展的光譜。如果早餐可以被雜耍，而馬戲可以存在於早餐這個神奇的儀式裡，會是什麼樣的光景？

合作社 HoooH
前太陽馬戲團表演者陳星合與企劃製作統籌的江侑倫共同創辦，致力於馬戲策劃與推廣。以「星光雖然微小，集合起來璀璨無比」的核心精神，匯集國內外各路馬戲專業、號召各界跨域合作、結合當代人文敘事與美學元素，呈現當代馬戲的多元性，拓展想像。

市面上有許多品牌聯名商品，文具 feat. 動畫IP、零食 feat. 餐飲名店、快時尚 feat. 國際設計師等等，那麼表演作品是否也能透過聯名合作，從品牌中汲取品牌精神做為創作元素，讓完全不同屬性的專業混出全新風味呢？
本計畫分為日／夜兩個節目，「日」以早餐店結合馬戲表演，以富變化的肢體呈現店內的人情樣貌；「夜」由精釀啤酒專賣店結合奇才編劇，用魔性語言描繪酒吧中人的生命故事。

Day and Night Co-Performances I: Breakfast Club
Have you ever gotten up in the morning, brushed your teeth, washed your face, and gone to a breakfast shop in the alley to order a dish of juggling?
A chef cooks with three, four, or five juggling balls. Or, multiple chefs serve up a juggling club. Enjoy an order of daily juggling, as friendly as the ham and egg on toast at your local breakfast shop, which is also simple and satisfying.
In addition to eating, breakfast is about exhibition, gathering, enjoyment, and opening up. The elements perceived during breakfast that cannot be clearly defined are like the contemporary circus, breaking through the development spectrum again and again. What would it be like if breakfast could be juggled and the circus could exist within the magical ritual of breakfast?

Co-founded by former Cirque du Soleil performer CHEN Hsing-Ho and planning and production coordinator CHIANG Yu-Lun, HoooH is dedicated to circus-related curation and promotion. Its core spirit is “Although stars are tiny, as a group they are extremely bright.” Bringing together domestic and international circus professionals and calling for interdisciplinary cooperation, it combines contemporary cultural narratives and esthetic elements to present the diversity and expand the imagination of the contemporary circus.

There are many co-branded products on the market, such as stationery feat. animation IP, snacks feat. famous restaurants, and fast fashion feat. international designers. Can performance works be created by drawing on the co-branding spirit? Can vastly different fields be brought together to develop all-new styles?
This project includes two programs: Day and Night. Day combines a breakfast shop and circus performances, expressing the hospitality of people through physical movements. Night combines a craft beer bar with a talented screenwriter, using the magic of words to describe the life stories of people associated with the bar.
