以「成年少女」的概念，從自身的經驗出發，過去的童話、動畫、繪本和各種少女時期所嚮往和迷戀的經驗作為開端，回想和回憶的過程有點羞恥，那些「少女的經驗」到了此時此刻，它變成什麼、轉化成什麼或是影響了什麼？
舞者敏婷過去所閱讀和觀看的《天鵝湖》是非常喜愛女主角的角色，且有很深的帶入感，長大後才發現原作的結尾是一場悲劇，然而某天他看見了餐桌上的茶鵝。以「芭蕾玲娜」和「Rocker」兩個很不同的角色作為形象，講述和編寫自己的搖滾夢被少女心耽誤了的故事，當中掉入自我懷疑、失望、批判和反思，舞出「芭蕾愛與恨的狂想曲」。
與此同時，另一個現實版的童話公主也在同一個舞台上掙扎——喜劇演員品喬，她嚮往愛情，對男人有幻想，至今仍有幻想，並且對這件事本身感到可笑。而童話公主在現實中也有她醜陋掙扎的一面。她同樣從少女經驗出發，另一條線索是：那些對愛情的嚮往、對被選上的渴望、對男人的幻想，在成年之後變成了什麼？
兩位表演者以歌舞、素描喜劇等不同形式結合呈現兩個角色，用最冷靜的語氣講述幻滅，以及幻滅之後仍然繼續幻想的自己，而那些童話教會我們嚮往的事，最後成為嘲諷自己以及重生的材料。

高雄鳳山舞蹈人，在舞者和創作者的身份來來回回，現居新北。曾與馬戲、音樂、行為等相關的合作，近期以理性下堆疊出的幽默感、人的感性或是姿態來找尋動的可能，並思考身體技術如何轉化在不同的表演形式中。
臺北非常 Live《破口 x 出口》在吉合音樂以藝名王貝蒂角色演出；TIFA【廳院 35 藝術行動】2057：給 35 年後的活存演習的展演中，創作及演出《根據極有可能發生的真實事件》(Based on True Events that Would Happen)（2022)，與物件互動作為一連串的勞動和重複，2023 年前往法國編舞中心 CND Camping 前往駐村及舞蹈交流。

單口喜劇演員，擅長一句式的短笑話，表演風格被歸類為冷拍（deadpan），也就是所謂的冷面笑匠。個人 YouTube 頻道 4 萬訂閱；以《失戀日記》、《早餐店杯蓋笑話》等段子受觀眾喜愛，《夜夜秀》、《炎上》、《狗屎寫手》等節目幕後寫手。
音樂設計｜比陳（第一首）
現在是台北夜遊的主唱／吉他以及Vooid 的貝斯。2025年發行台北夜遊第一張專輯《高樓上》，《Vooid2025》貝斯錄製以及專輯製作，也參與ana的《Final girl》的貝斯與吉他錄音。偶有參與劇場與影像作品，曾擔任喻敏婷畢業製作《大聲的唱歌在這裡》擔任音樂設計及現場樂手，臺北藝穗節《ECHO Location》與《我對龐克還是一知半解》的音樂設計，也為「易X藝」計畫製作配樂。在台東，與泡泡探險隊在市場天台上做了第一場 solo 演出。演出經歷橫跨音樂節-禾火OUT／黑熊部落，各Livehouse——Legacy、The Wall、Revolver、Livewarehouse 以及香港／日本／韓國／中國等等。

本節目為劉奕伶策展之「So, What Are You Trying To Say?（所以你想要說什麼？）」系列作品
繼 2024 年個人長篇作品《Turn Out》之後，劉奕伶擴大挑戰，邀請五組藝術家一起挖掘舞蹈與喜劇碰撞的耐人尋味。一邊是用身體表達令人困惑又迷眩的意涵或是超越國度邊界的對話；一邊則以語言觸碰心底的陰暗潮濕或是掀起大眾的笑浪與火海。
《所以你想要說什麼？》（So, What Are You Trying To Say?）這句話直指創作者於創作中的自我審問、觀眾嘗試理解的努力，以及最終達成共鳴的過程。敘事、見解、情感、觀察在舞蹈創作者和喜劇演員們的合作下，讓觀眾與藝術家在緊密連結的同時，依然能在想像力的空隙中自由穿梭。

Grown-Up Girls
Starting from the idea of the “grown-up girl,” this performance revisits the fairy tales, cartoons, picture books, and adolescent fantasies that once shaped its creators’ imagination. Looking back is both tender and embarrassing. What becomes of those girlhood dreams after adulthood arrives? What traces do they leave behind, and what do they continue to shape?
Dancer Min-Ting was one a devoted lover of Swan Lake, deeply identifying with its heroine. It was only when she grew up that she discovered the original story ends in tragedy. Then, one day, she found a roast duck on the dining table... Moving between two very different personas – the ballerina and the rocker – she creates her own coming-of-age story, tracing how a would-be rock star became trapped inside a girl who never quite grew up. Along the way, she loses her way in self-doubt, disappointment, rage, and impossible expectations, eventually choreographing a ballet of her own: Rhapsody of Love and Hate.
Alongside her is comedian Pin-Ciao, a fairy-tale princess who has never quite outgrown fairy tales. She still longs for romance, catches herself fantasizing about men, and laughs at herself for doing so. Yet trying to live like a fairy-tale princess in the real world turns out to be an awkward, often ridiculous affair. Following the thread back to her own girlhood, she asks: What has become of those sighs for love, the longing to be adored, and the fantasies once woven around men?
Blending dance with sketch comedy, the two performers inhabit parallel yet distinct female identities. With striking restraint and sharp wit, they revisit the quiet collapse of childhood illusions—and the curious persistence of fantasy after disillusionment. The fairy tales that once taught us what to dream of eventually become the very material with which we poke fun at ourselves, question what we once believed, and piece ourselves back together.

Choreography & Performance: Yu Min-Ting
A dancer and choreographer originally from Fengshan, Kaohsiung, now based in New Taipei City. As her practice moves between performance and choreography, she has collaborated with acrobats, musicians, and interdisciplinary artists. Her recent work explores the motivations of movement through wit, sensitivity, and physical posture, investigating how choreographic techniques can be adapted across diverse performance contexts.
Performing under the stage name Betty Wang, she appeared at Assemble Music Center as part of the Taipei Very Live! series. In 2022, she created and performed Based on True Events that Would Happen for 2057: Rehearsing ways of living, presented as part of the National Theater and Concert Hall's 35th-anniversary programme. The work unfolded through sustained interactions with objects, forming a sequence of labor-intensive and repetitive actions. In 2023, she was selected as an artist-in-residence at CND Camping in France.
Story & Performance: Pin-Ciao
A stand-up comedian known for her sharp one-liners and signature deadpan delivery. She has attracted a growing online following with sketches such as Heartbroken Diary and Breakfast Spot Cup Lid Jokes, earning more than 40,000 YouTube subscribers. Alongside performing, she also writes for comedy productions including The Night Night Show, BURN, and Ghost Writer.
Music Design: Be Chen (song 1)
Be Chen is the lead vocalist and guitarist of Taipei Midnight Strolling and the bassist of Vooid. In addition to his work as a musician, he regularly collaborates on theatre and film projects.
His credits as a music designer include Yu Min-Ting's graduation production Singing Loudly Again, as well as ECHO Location and I Have Only a Smattering of Punk at the Taipei Fringe Festival. He also composed the soundtrack for the Yijing X Art project and performed with PaoPao Adventure Time at the Central Market Rooftop in Taitung.
His performances have taken him from independent music festivals—including Autumn OUT Festival and Festival Kuma Tribe—to venues such as Legacy, The Wall, Revolver, and Live Warehouse, as well as stages across Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, and China.

Curated by Liu I-Ling, So, What Are You Trying To Say? expands upon the questions first explored in her 2024 full-length work Turn Out. Bringing together five artists and collectives, the series investigates the fertile encounter between dance and comedy—two seemingly distinct performance languages that share an enduring desire to communicate what often resists expression.
On one side, dance employs the body to articulate ambiguity, sensation, and dialogues that transcend linguistic and cultural boundaries. On the other, comedy turns to language to expose hidden desires, uncomfortable truths, and the absurdities of everyday life, provoking both laughter and reflection. Rather than positioning these forms in opposition, the programme explores the unexpected resonance that emerges through their collision.
The title, So, What Are You Trying To Say?, speaks equally to the artist's persistent self-interrogation, the audience's attempt to listen beyond what is immediately legible, and the shared space where understanding remains open rather than complete. Through collaborations between choreographers and comedians, narratives, observations, emotions, and perspectives unfold across bodies and words, inviting audiences to inhabit a space where intimacy and openness coexist, and where imagination is free to move through the gaps left deliberately unresolved.
